Return Policy

 

Cancellation:

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. Most of the orders are sent within 2 hours.

You can request to cancel your order within an hour of placing the order. Send an email along with the order number to support (support@zumali.com). If any cancellation request is received after an hour, we will attempt to change the order, however, in most cases, order packing and dispatch would have already taken place.

Returns:

Zumali is concerned about the satisfaction of all customers, and will allow a return of most products within 14 days of delivery or 1 month from the date of order. Please let us know by email ( support@zumali.com) within 14 calender days of receiving the product. Returns can only be made once it has been authorized by Customer Service.

Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

All items must be unused and in original packaging. Skin Care, Hair Care and Make up products can not be returned once opened. Shipping charges are also refunded on all returns that arise from an error on the part of Zumali.

Ordering of the wrong product, brand name, color, or scent are allowable returns, but these too must be unopened and in their original packaging. Shipping on such returns must be paid by the customer.

All returns must include the following items and information:

•    Order number
•    Return authorization (obtained from the Customer Service) 
•    Reason for the return

Packaging of the materials for return must be secure and prevent any damages from occurring during the shipping process. Zumali also recommends that all returns are sent with delivery confirmation, registration, or insurance as well.
