Free Ground Shipping
Free Shipping is available for all ground shipping of Skin Care, Hair care and Make up Products.
Time-Frame For Skin Care, Hair Care and Make Up Products
All skin care, hair care and make up products are shipping together via registered post. We use USPS for all shipping. The expected delivery time are as given below:
4-6 postal working days for major cities. 7-10 postal working days for other destinations. 10-14 postal working days for inaccessible destinations.All registered posts require signature on delivery. Limited tracking is available for two days after the shipment. All packaged are insured for loss or damage.
For Fragrances
Fragrances has to be shipped and handled separately according to regulations. Restraints due to alcohol content (inflammable) on EDP, Fragrance and Cologne means these items must be shipped separately. Add 2-4 days to the delivery time for these products.
Express Shipping
Delivered in 2-3 days. The cost of express shipping is a flat $10 per order.
Please note: Over 25% of the express deliveries are late, either due to customs hold ups or because nobody is at the address to sign for and receive the delivery. Express shipping is not available for fragrances. If we fail to send via express post for any reason or you have opted for express post for orders with fragrances only, we will credit you the amount for next purchase.
General Shipping Policy
Zumali.com aims to ship most of the products available through their site within two to four business days of ordering and payment. Should a customer supply incorrect or inaccurate shipping information, they will be contacted immediately for further details. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply correct contact information as this facilitates communication in the event of any issues or problems with an order.
Current Shipping Locations
At this time Zumali.com can only accept orders for packages or gifts to be delivered to United States addresses only. We will soon take orders to deliver to other countries also.
Returns
Returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service department, and accompanied by proper authorization information. Returns that are due to an error on the part of Zumali.com are postage paid or costs are refunded to the customer. When it is customer error, all shipping charges are their responsibility.
